Answer:  Sydney Space is conveniently located in the peaceful and leafy campus of The University of Sydney.  Just a five-minute drive from Central Station and a 20-minute drive from Sydney Airport.  Sydney Space offers easy access to Sydney’s major transport hubs, with Central and Town Hall stations just a short bus ride away.

Transportation:

Question: What is the best mode of transportation going to the City?

Answer: Bus number 412 departs in Missenden Rd near Parramatta Rd (Stop 205032), and departs every 20 minutes.

Question:  What is the nearest Train Station?

Answer: Newtown Station is the nearest going to Missenden Road passing King Street.

Question: Is parking available?

Answer: Parking around the hotel is extremely limited. On some occasions, parking may be available on the grounds @ $28.00 per night, but it must be arranged beforehand. Paid meter parking is available in surrounding streets and there is a parking station near Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, opposite of Glebe Space.

Airport:

Question: How far is the property from Sydney Airport?

Answer: The Kingsford Smith Domestic and International terminals are located 7.7km or approximately 20-30 minutes from Sydney Space.

Question: Is there an Airport Transfer facility by the hotel?

Answer: No, but you may arrange airport transfer with Redy2Go by calling 1300 246 669.

Question: What are the room types available in the property?

Answer: Sydney Space offers six room types:

Single Shared Rooms are single occupancy rooms with a single bed, with access to a shared kitchen, shared bathroom, free toiletries.

Twin Shared Rooms are twin occupancy rooms with 2 single beds, access to a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and free toiletries.

Triple Shared Rooms are triple occupancy rooms with a double bed and a single bed with access to a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and free toiletries.

Double Ensuite Room - These double occupancy rooms have a double bed, access to a shared kitchen, private bathroom and free toiletries.

Triple Ensuite Room - Our triple occupancy rooms have a double bed and a single bed, access to a shared kitchen, private bathroom and free toiletries.

Quadruple Shared Room – These quad occupancy rooms have two double beds, access to a shared kitchen, shared bathroom and free toiletries.

Answer: There is a common lounge area in the hotel.  We also have a courtyard with barbecue facility.

Reservations:

Question: When can I book FreeSpace Sydney?

Answer: Sydney Space will be open December 11, 2016 until February 18, 2017.

Question: I have booked through Booking.com, Expedia (any other channels) and I need to amend the dates of my reservation. How can I go about it?

Answer: Please contact the site on which you placed your reservation. They will assist you in modifying your booking.

Question: I cancelled a booking I placed within the hotel’s cancellation policy but I was charged and not refunded yet. When can I expect the refund?

Answer: Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We will forward this to our accounts team to process the refund. You will receive a receipt and you can expect the refund to be credited to your account within 7-10 business days.

Check In/Check Out:

Question: What is the standard check-in and check-out time?

Answer: Check-in is at 2:00 PM, check-out is by 10:00 AM.

Question: Is there an option for early check-in or late check-out?

Answer: It can be requested and will be noted in the reservation but cannot guaranteed as it depends on room availability.
